Safety Harbor City Commission Meets Tonight

City of Safety Harbor seal.The Safety Harbor City Commission will hold its regularly scheduled bi-monthly meeting tonight at City Hall, and as usual there are a number of items on the agenda that should be of interest to city residents.

In addition to a presentation from PSTA CEO Brad Miller regarding the Greenlight Pinellas plan and how it will impact Safety Harbor, there are a couple of property ordinance issues on the slate.

Also, there is a request to permit a day care center to operate at 1224 7th Street S. on the Public Hearing portion of the agenda.

The City Commission is also scheduled to hold a Charter Review Committee meeting on Monday, June 9 at 6:30 p.m., and the next budget workshop is set for Monday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. just prior to the next regularly scheduled commission meeting.

All meetings are open to the public.

The Safety Harbor City Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, located at 750 Main Street in downtown Safety Harbor.
