Mosaic Wall

Dave the Date!  A Community Mosaic Project will take place at the Safety Harbor Public Library on Saturday, May 3 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  For a $25.00 donation, families, groups or individuals can create a 12’’x12” tile to be installed on a permanent patchwork mosaic outside the Library.  Please sign up for a specific timeslot by April 30 at www.SafetyHarborLibraryFoundation.org.

Artist Heather Richardson will assist the public in creating a creative, unique piece.  All materials provided, but you may bring flat pieces of tile or anything meaningful to incorporate in your personal mosaic.  All messy grouting will be completed by Heather after you place your pieces.

Donations are tax deductible and can be made online at the Foundation website: www.safetyharborlibraryfoundation.org.  Cash and checks accepted day of event.  Funds raised will be used to digitize the Library’s historic Safety Harbor Herald Newspapers.   For further contact via Lisa, email lkothe@cityofsafetyharbor.com or call 727-724-1525, x4106.
