7 Candidates Qualify to Run for 3 Commission Seats in March 2021

Three Commission seats are up for grabs at Safety Harbor’s next local election on March 9th 2021.
The qualifying period recently ended and seven candidates will now be running campaigns to earn your vote!
Here’s who is in the running to be the next three Safety Harbor Commissioners:
SEAT #1
- Nancy Besore (incumbent)
- Heather Norton
- Lorraine Duffy Suarez
SEAT #2
- Cliff Merz (incumbent)
- Liz Lindsay
SEAT #3
- Scott Long
- Andy Steingold
*Seat #3 (incumbent) Andy Zodrow is retiring.
I would like to know about all the candidates running for city commission seats. I do know Andy Steingold because he is a former mayor. However, don’t know much about other candidates other than all the postcards I’ve been receiving saying, “Vote for Me” but not much else said about qualifications. Leaves me in the dark I’ll say as to who will best serve “We The People” of Safety Harbor, FL!
Will there be a candidate spotlight article for the Seat #2 candidates? I found the spotlight articles for Seat #1 and Seat #3 very helpful, but I can’t find an article about the candidates for Seat #2. Thanks!
