Back by popular demand, critically acclaimed classical guitarist Peter Fletcher is set to perform at the Safety Harbor Public Library on Thursday, February 16, 6:30 pm.

Fletcher’s solo recital repertoire runs the gamut from the Baroque period through the 20th Century, featuring the Bach Chaconne, Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, Tarrega’s Recuerdos de la Alhambra, Handel, Paganini, Mexican composer Manuel Ponce, Edvard Grieg and more, culminating with Isaac Albeniz’s Rumores de la Caleta, one of the most exciting Spanish guitar pieces.  

Based in Detroit and New York City, Fletcher began playing guitar at seven and obtained his masters from the Eastman School of Music.
