Library Foundation Announces Flamingo Fundraiser

The Safety Harbor Library Foundation is seeking artists of all ages and anyone creative to donate and decorate an artsy plastic flamingo for their Flamingo Fundraiser.
There is no artist or entry fee. Group, family, and club entries are encouraged. Artists supply their own flamingo and will not be paid for their time or materials; however, artists and group names will be honored in the Library and on the Foundation website where flamingo pictures can be viewed.Prizes will be awarded for the Staff Favorite and People’s Choice.
Artist applications are on the Foundation website: www.SafetyHarborLibraryFoundation.org. Completed Flamingos are requested to be delivered to the Library on or before Friday, July 2. If possible, please have your Flamingo in a base to stand up.
Donated Flamingos will on display in the Library rotunda July 7 through August 9. Chances to win a Flamingo are $1.00 per ticket or six for $5.00. Winners of each Flamingo will be notified by August 10.
