Giving Tree at the Safety Harbor Library
By The Giving Tree at the Safety Harbor Public Library will be ready on Saturday, November 29th. For the second year, the Library is sponsoring a Giving Tree in their lobby in support of the children of Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center. The tree is adorned with ornaments noting child’s first name, age, and their gift wish. Patrons select an ornament, purchase the gift, and return it unwrapped, with the gift tag attached to the Library by Monday, December 22th.
Please consider making the difference this holiday season by supporting our local children. There are 100 ornaments on the tree, each with gift request for a child in need.
A food donation box for the Center is also available in the library lobby year round. Donations of non-perishable, non-expired food items are always accepted, especially welcomed during the holiday season.
