Bill Neal Elk Whistle, master Native American flutist, storyteller and educator of Cherokee descent, will perform an ensemble entwining traditional Native American stories with music played on traditional cedar and cane flutes on Thursday, November 17 at 6:30 pm at the Safety Harbor Public Library.
Bill Neal Elk Whistle has played in major performing arts venues and museums throughout the southwest U.S. He reminds listeners of our connection to the natural world and of our place in the circle of life through songs and stories.
