The Art of Vietnamese Cooking at the Safety Harbor Library

Ha Roda, the Pho Queen, will teach the art of Vietnamese Cooking at the Safety Harbor Public Library, Thursday, February 18, at 6:30 pm.
Ha Roda has been eating, cooking, and creating Vietnamese food all her life. The first half of the program will explore the culture and food of Vietnam and will present the basic building blocks of healthy food, habits, and way of living. A cooking demonstration will follow where attendees have the opportunity to make their own spring rolls.
