Agatha Christie, one of the bestselling authors of all time, is most known for her two
major fictitious detectives, Hercule Poirot and Miss Jane Marple. She began writing as a
young child and continued to write well into her eighties. Nan Colton’s performance
reveals how Ms. Christie came up with her stories, the birth of her daughter, the
mysterious 11 days in 1926 when she ‘disappeared’, and then of humorous anecdotes of
her life with her second husband, the world-famous archeologist Sir Max Mallowan.
