Board certified hypnotist, Denise Oatley Hall will present a Self-Hypnosis Workshop Thursday, February 1, 6:30 pm at the Safety Harbor Public Library. In this one hour program, Denise will teach you how use self-hypnosis to transform into a peaceful, relaxing, calming, state on demand. You’ll leave being with the ability to implement self-hypnosis and give yourself suggestions for changes you desire to see.

Hall, a board certified hypnotist, was trained by world renowned hypnosis instructor Gerald Kein. She has helped people create breakthroughs in their lives through private therapeutic hypnosis and is respected by the hypnosis community for her experience, talent, and expertise.
