The Safety Harbor City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency are considering a Downtown Master Plan amendment to:

1. Reduce the maximum building height in portions of the Community Town Center (CTC), Public (P), and Traditional Neighborhood Development-1 (TND-1) Character Districts of the Community Redevelopment District from forty five (45) feet to thirty five (35) feet/three stories; and
2. Update the Community Redevelopment District Project summary and Pinellas County Tax Increment Financing eligibility requirements.

During discussion, staff will present the draft amendment and the public will be invited to provide comment. Future public hearings will be scheduled.
